Advantages I think:

1. Comes with a lot of game interfaces and very beautiful

2. Assets are easy to import

• It can be directly dragged in from the data folder so it is very fast
• he imported picture does not need to be defined (( like giving him an ID or naming

3. Importing fonts is very convenient

Click Project and then click Custom Font to easily import the downloaded font. And each paragraph can set its own font, so you don’t have to worry about the problem that English and Chinese fonts cannot be displayed at the same time.

But currently it only support .ttf font

4. The dialoguebox is very easy to adjust

• Basically every action can be done with the mouse, no code is used at all
• It is also very convenient to make many different dialog boxes by yourself

5. Can be exported to various platforms

• Supports exporting to web pages / Windows / Mac / IOS / Android (like every platforms that most people will use)

6. Provide immediate viewing function

• You can start Preview from any paragraph

Downside I think:

1. Text are very small

• The text of the system are very small, and the eyes are tired after using for a long time.

2. A little bit lag

• After using it for some hours, it was quite stuck while changing scenes, but it didn't really affect the experience of using it.

3. Does not support some basic functions

• Like using Crtl + C / Crtl + V to copy a component
• There is also no way to use Ctrl + D to quickly duplicate

4. There is no way to quickly change the shape of a single word

You will need to use code to change a word of a sentence

5. There is no way to change the name of the character

Once you have created a character and confirmed it, you can't change his/her name. So if you want to change a name with an existing character , you may need to delete the original character and use a new name in creating a new character .

My opinion

Tbh I don’t recommend this engine. The first point is that the text are really too small, and the eyes will be very uncomfortable if you look at it for a long time. If you want to do a larger plan or a long visual novel, it may be very hard.

Another point is that it does not support the use of shortcut keys to edit component . Personally, I very dependent on shortcut keys, so no shortcut keys will greatly lengthen the production of the entire project.

If you really don’t want to touch any code at all, you can use it. If you are willing to learn a little simple code, I recommend you to use Renpy， It is a free engine and because there are many users, so it is easy to find tutorial, and there are many projects already done by others for reference.
